Thomas announces free agency |

Thomas “Thomas” Utting has announced that he is no longer a member of Envy, the organization he had been bound to since September, and is ready to find a new team to play for.

The 23-year-old was the last player signed by Envy in 2020 and only started for the struggling outfit in one tournament, their 7-8th place finish at Flashpoint 2, with coach Nikola “LEGIJA” Ninić transitioning to a playing role following the departures of Ryan “ryann” Welsh and Kaleb “moose” Jayne.

Thomas has now joined the free agent pool and is looking for a team

Following the poor Flashpoint 2 showing, where Envy only won a single match out of five played, the Texas-based organization put the CS:GO division on hold, announcing in January that the team had disbanded and the players were transferrable.

After over a month on the sidelines Thomas now joins the likes of Michał “MICHU” Müller and Buğra “Calyx” Arkın, who have already announced their part departures from Envy, becoming the third player from that squad to enter free agency.

Envy now only have long-standing member Noah “Nifty” Francis as well as LEGIJA under contract from the CS:GO division, as coach Jakub “kuben” Gurczynski was already released in January.
